VILLA EPHRUSSI DE ROTHSCHILD WEDDING

Located in the prestigious area of Cap D’ail on the French Riviera, the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild provided the perfect backdrop for the The Destination Retreat’s wedding editorial shoot. From the stunning architecture and lush gardens.

Every corner of the villa Ephrussi de Rothschildprovided a stunning backdrop for our couple.

The beautiful wedding photoshoot perfectly planned by Nyachia of NKT Events on the French Riviera was captured perfectly on analog film & digital, by talented destination photographer Ioana Porav embracing the colours and textures of the surroundings and bring them to life in every photo.

The color palette of the shoot was intentionally chosen to highlight the soft pink exterior of the Villa Ephrussi, which was filled with a spectrum of pinks, lilacs, golds and greens.

For the tabletop, NKT Events designed with spring in mind with colourful accents and candles that tied in together perfectly with a sage green linen, making it the perfect combination of fun and sophistication.

The florals for this French Riviera wedding created by Laly Rose Decoration was a work of art.

With a mix of roses, tulips, butterfly buttercups and scabious and other blooms in shades of pink, yellow, purple, white and orange, showcased a perfectly melded palette to create a fun and vibrant tablescape. Ruth from Ceniman Calligraphy designed the stationary also with a Spring approach of a double sided menu, with a a range of different floral motifs on the back and then a modern touch to the menu with script on the back.

The ceremony area took place near the Villa’s Spanish gardens and overlooked the beautiful bay of Villefranche-sur-Mer, creating an unforgettable scenic backdrop.

Laly Lose carried through the same color palette and included the natural wisteria from the Villa’s garden to add a touch of whimsy and playfulness to the overall design, as the pastel colours created a soft and romantic feel.

The bride wore a stunning Parisian gown designed to perfection from Dylan Parienty Paris.

The gown was a true masterpiece, with intricate lace detailing and a flowing train that added a touch of romance to her look. Her hair was styled in loose waves, natural make up by Trine Juel as she wore a simple veil that added a touch of elegance to her overall look.

For the second look, our bride was styled in another Dylan Parienty masterpiece that was the epitome of fun, sexy and flirty. With a short dress in the front, coupled by a long dramatic train in the back, truly highlighted the spirit of our bride.

Our groom was styled in a sleek custom tuxedo for both looks, and went with an all black version for his second look to match the fun and flirty style of his bride.

Overall, this wedding fine art photography shoot at the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild was a beautiful example of how to create a romantic and elegant wedding.
